The main activity of the project is a 4-days seminar, which will take place in Belgium, in November 2019, for 35 participants from 29 organisations - staff members of the partner organizations, project officers involved in direct work with youngsters interested in voluntary projects, or those preparing others to send or to host volunteers to or in international voluntary projects. There are 2 online modules before the seminar and a follow-up phase where participants will use the outputs created in their daily work. On the international level, the project will contribute to the recognition of volunteering as an effective tool for social integration and the development of competencies of young people in the modern world. It will also increase the interest of youth in participating in the voluntary service movement. Moreover, we believe our project is contributing to the quality of Erasmus + volunteering initiatives, because people interested in voluntary camps will be interested in participating in Erasmus + initiatives, and they will also have a notion of personal and social development through volunteering.
