Objectives

Our partner associations are secular and open to all, advocate for access to training and education for all, share values such as respect for human rights, tolerance, development of critical thinking, cooperation ... They fight against phenomena of exclusion, discrimination and violence. "let's form, In which form? ... part 2" is the second stage of a project whose aim is the creation of a European animation certificate, allowing young people wishing to become involved in the animation of Obtain a patent to work in several European countries. For this, since 2017 (and a first training in November 2017), a group of about fifteen trainers from four organizations in Belgium and France has initiated a work of exchange and sharing of their tools, their contents and their training methods to ensure a common core of training, sharing common educational values and intentions. The desire is now to consolidate this first step and to welcome new organizations, initially French-speaking, to join our network and to experience field exchanges by integrating training teams and partner stays. We decided to organize a second training from 07 to 13 Ocotber 2019 in Bréal sous Montfort in Brittany (France). This meeting will bring together participants from Belgium and France, trainer and trainer in their country with young volunteers. Our objectives for this meeting are: - to continue the exchange of practices, - to continue our reflections around our skills of trainer. - to pool our tools and know-how on common themes, - to plan in the medium term for a joint training of a holiday facilitator with a European dimension (BAFA and BACV to date). Depending on the skills and tools to pool, the training days will be co-built. One or more themes will be assigned to each day according to the needs collected. We will alternate between times of experimentation and sharing of our tools / practices, and times of exchange or information on our achievements and knowledge. To conclude, the sharing of our similarities, our differences, and our motivation to accompany the future animators with quality and innovation, strengthened our will to try to offer them a framework of training and open work to other countries than their own. Our own international and intercultural meeting pushes us to want to offer them this plural and enriching framework, promoting the mobility of young Europeans. We aim to exchange good practices to enrich each other and to spread new skills to our networks. This meeting will therefore be a highlight that will contribute to the realization of our long-term project: organize a European training of animator, acting as a mobility facilitator.
