The project aims to implement a new autonomously run community and cultural centre in Tirana. Local young people will run this space and will be involved in the collaborative and open management of the space to attain cultural and social objectives. Apart from this physical objective, the process behind the project is as (if not more) important. Since the participant group is built out of (at least) four different European countries, participants will have much inter-cultural sharing and exposure. In short, we have identified five central objectives of participating in this project, which go beyond the objective of installing a new autonomously run cultural space: TO PRACTICE COLLECTIVITY TO BUILD AND SHARE KNOWLEDGE TO HAVE A CULTURAL EXCHANGE TO ENGAGE PEOPLE TO HAVE FUN
