Our goal for the implementation of the project is to ensure quality training of managers and pedagogical specialists from our school and exchange of good practices in the fields of school management, information and communication technologies and STEM. If all this was done, it could build on the digital foundation of our teachers and students. The COVID-19 pandemic has prevented this from happening, and we hope to have the opportunity to organize structured Erasmus + courses again in the future.
The application for the project is directly related to the idea of supporting the activities set out in the school's strategy for digitalization and innovation with robotics and applied programming. We have chosen to participate in structured courses that will improve the key activities of the school - improving the management competencies of school management through digitalization and ICT, improving the skills of teachers, using innovative teaching methods.
