By participating in training practice in a real work environment, students would have the opportunity to observe and perform specific tasks of their chosen profession, to deal with real problems arising in the course of work, to receive guidance and guidance from specialists in the chosen field. ; they would acquire skills in the field of web design, mobile applications; they would develop transferable competencies - to be in a team, to react in unforeseen situations, to be independent, to take responsibility, to cope with the assigned tasks, to strive for better quality of the final product, to be communicative; they would improve their language and social competences and expand their skills to work in a multilingual and multicultural environment. Accompanying persons would get acquainted with other people's experience in on-the-job training, exchange experiences, share good practices, which will lead to modernization and improvement of practical training programs. Our vocational high school would gain even more experience in working on such projects.
The main areas of the high school's activity that we wanted to improve were: increasing the professional competence of students (for the specific project - students in the specialty "Computer Engineering and Technology", and upgrading the theoretical knowledge already acquired in the course of their training by obtaining of practical experience in a real work environment What has been written so far has given us a good reason to apply for this project.
