Goal of Youth Exchange: Changing young people's attitudes towards understanding volunteering as a way of actively acting for the benefit of the community, enhancing the quality of volunteering activities in partner countries, local communities of organizations and their target groups. . Objectives of Youth Exchange - develop the potential of young people for personal growth through volunteer activities - increase participants' knowledge of the importance of volunteering and volunteering in relation to their personal and professional development; - provide participants with information on volunteering opportunities at local, national or international level, paying particular attention to the European Solidarity Corps program; - encourage participants to become volunteers and to contribute to the development of their communities; - raise the awareness of young people coming from participating countries about the importance of voluntary work by sharing stories and insights from youth exchanges through the use of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube); - increase the quality of voluntary work in the communities of participants by encouraging young people to provide feedback on volunteering in their communities and by improving the quality of volunteering services provided by participating organizations; - increase the knowledge of the participating organizations on the Erasmus + program and the European Solidarity Corps, and to support the development of new projects. - create, through volunteer activities, a creative and supportive environment for contacts and constructive living - promote cultural diversity among project participants
