The aim of the project is to boost social inclusion of marginalized young people from Roma and non Roma origin and support them embrace diversity through personal transformation. We will achieve our goal by creating perfect conditions for youth exchange in the means of providing an experience as the most relevant and effective influence tool. Our objectives: - Bring together 40 youths and 10 group leaders from 5 countries from Roma and non Roma origin to experience their differences and similarities through common activities that aim Increasing participants' tolerance and acceptance on people with diverse backgrounds; - exchange ideas for a better way of expressing themselves between 50 participants in the framework of their ethnic, social and physical barriers with focus on being an active part of the social and public life; - to provide workshops and debriefings for 40 youths and 10 group leaders from Roma and non Roma origin to experience and reflect on stereotypes; - to provide space for 50 participants from Roma and non Roma origin coming from 5 countries to experience the topic of diversity and equality in 5 different ways through the workshops delivered by every national group; - Present the topic of diversity to the local community in Samokov through the flash-mobs and workshops delivered by participants of the exchange at the "Rhythm of the Mountain" festival (https://www.facebook.com/ROTMSAMOKOV/)
