Objectives

The idea for our project emerged after studying the needs of young people in their midst. We notice that young people find it hard to find the opportunity and the opportunity to spend time on physical activity, art or activities in nature. A Eurobarometer survey shows that 82% of the population in Bulgaria does not practice sports or does it once a month. Physical activity is closely related to the way you eat. The World Health Organization also alerts itself to problems related to poor nutrition, lack of sport and any physical culture among young people. The above problems, combined with an unwillingness to physical and social activity, lead to problems of communication and communication in a real environment. Because of the stagnant way of life, they communicate primarily through the Internet, and the anonymity of modern society generates a drastic change in the value system and the loss of social ties. In our observations, young people are increasingly unable to express their opinions and to choose a direction of development that meets their individual talents. This leads to destructive dissatisfaction and selflessness in their own potential, which is expressed by denial to others, aggression and intolerance to differences. With the implementation of the project, we want to increase the participants' skills, culture and practical skills for physical activity, healthy eating and outdoor activities, as well as motivating a large number of young people for active life through non-formal learning, art and physical education. To help young people's personal development, we will also improve their social skills and confidence in their potential. For this purpose, we will use art and sport as a universal and international language for communication, self-expression, sharing and acceptance of differences. Our organization has experienced and qualified staff who are extremely motivated to support young people, to pass on their knowledge and to make them stronger and more adaptable to the environment they live in, develop and seek to realize. Our team is dedicated to the urgent problems of young people such as their deteriorating quality of life, health risks and motivation for healthy and responsible habits. The target group will also include 30% of young people with disabilities to show that active lifestyles and creativity are accessible to everyone. In order to help overcome the above-described problems and to enhance the youth potential for personal and social development with responsibility towards the world, the project sets the following goals: Main Objective: Building sustainable habits in the participants for responsible attitude to their own well-being and health through non-formal education methods and integration of outdoor activities into their daily lives as a means of counteracting the stagnant and passive lifestyle. Specific objectives: • Promoting young people to an active and healthy lifestyle by understanding their elements and benefits, as well as acquiring skills for practicing it. • Awareness of personal potential and talent, through practicing outdoor activities, art, creative creative thinking and innovation; • Raising a sense of tolerance and solidarity, such as preventing aggression and radicalization of the various; • Promoting intercultural dialogue between participants and other youth communities and achieving social and cultural cohesion and knowledge; • Physical activities as a tool for active life, tackling stressful situations and tension, solidarity and social inclusion.
