Creativity and cultureIntegration of refugeesMigrants' issues

Objectives

Europe needs more united and inclusive societies that enable citizens to play an active role in democratic life, in migration and integration processes, including fostering and inclusion of newly arrived migrants. This is why we need motivated and prepared people because they are more and more. The problem of intercultural communication and dialogue is becoming increasingly important within the globalizing world and the growing freedom of movement in Europe. We propose the crеation of a demonstrative experience of this. This project focuses on the following OBJECTIVES: -Presenting, digesting and introduction to various forms of maintenance of cultural activities of ethnic and cultural minoritiy members - for example, of Roma communities, as well as of specific ethnic communities in the participating countries; upgrading and consolidating good practices. -development of intercultural skills of the participants; -familiarizing with the principles and practices of international law regarding refugees and work with immigrants. Thus, one of the objectives of the project will be to deal with the problems of the local community caused by the contacts with refugees. The ACTIVISM and the role of the NGO sector will be overlapped, presenting examples of successful actions. Clarification of explanatory information on global themes: discrimination and xenophobia, peace and violence, human security, meeting the specific needs of the target group and the organization of the project. Here the idea will be for the local community to meet and communicate more with foreigners by overcoming the excess fear caused by the lack of knowledge and information on how to communicate with Syrian families living in the region, for example. We rely on simulative tasks, role-playing games, film making, case solving and other activities in the field of non-formal education. We believe that participants in the project have to study throughout the entire project in close cooperative work with professionals, on their as well, not in the traditional boring way, only through lectures or presentations. What activities do you plan to implement? What is the number and profile of the participants involved?
