Тhe project is an expression of desire for the "Youth for Development of Lyaskovets" Association and our partners to concentrate their activities over the next five years on the development of the pilot projects for voluntary labor settlement. This project is the first of a series of pilot projects focusing on the development of digital competences among young people in search and employment and overall employment, with youth unemployment being the average problem of young people across the EU. In order to work with unemployed young people it has to be done that they can not make their professional portfolio of job applications, they do not know what job opportunities are and what opportunities for inclusion in labor mobility by using DT especially EURES - a European Job Mobility Portal). A realistic project will directly support the developing digital skills of young people for job search and last employment. This project is aimed precisely at the modern development needs of the competent authorities. A number of companies, private companies and government offices are conducting job vacancies and digitized and without increasing the competence of young people who do not have access to them. Main objectives: 1. To impement youth exchanges aimed for developing digital competences among young people in the process of seeking employment by using and applying non-formal education techniques and digital technologies; 2. To promote the possibilities of the EUROPASS portal in the context of the development of digital competences in the process of seeking employment; 3. To address to existing needs for developing young people's digital skills in the proces of job search and subsequent employment; 4. To create a good practice for the accelerated development of digital skills of young people in the process of job search and job realization, which later to be described and transformed into a training model for young people.
