Over time the teachers' training should be upgraded and the teachers should be trained systematically. It is important to offer the continuous training of the staff with new seminars and lectures by using continuous education, rehabilitation and independence of the children. The modernization of the methods of treatment and teaching is a necessity. Upgrading these programs has a direct impact on the students of our school , as they face many problems and our main goal and task is to minimize them and give them comfort.
A basic but necessary goal of our school, which will be covered by these activities, is the specialized provision and support of our students' needs and the systematic scientific upgrade of the teachers and therapists involved in their daily routines. Most of the seminars provided are expensive and not easily accessible. This project gives our school personnel the chance to get educated on specialized seminars.
