With this specific project, we had as a goal teachers to enrich their knowledge and skills about the use of ICT in the educational process in order to make teaching more effective by increasing students' motivation to learn. Also, through communication with colleagues from other European countries we aimed to create prospects for cooperation in future projects.
The main goal of our school was to improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching. Several teachers at our school were interested in enrich their knowledge in modern technologies in order to be able to use them appropriately in the teaching process. Therefore, there was a need for staff training on the integration of ICT in teaching to help them communicating better with their students, increasing their motivation to be involved in the learning process.
