Our primary objective was to give the opportunity to our students to work in a European union country within a multicultural environment. We wanted our students to meet new people, gain working experience, learn new skills, gain new knowledge and develop their competences. Also, for our staff to participate in training abroad to develop their job related skills and learn new skills and methodologies to implement in their teaching style. It is important our teachers to be constantly educated and be updated with good teaching practices
The longer term benefit of this project is for our school is to establish a solid cooperation with European Institutions in the field of VET education and training of our students. Also to establish our school a quality educational and training organization .Our school has organized many Erasmus+ projects in previous years and the benefits were massive. Participant have improved their knowledge, skills and abilities in their specializations. The participants have also improved their personal development, soft skills, self-confidence, intercultural understanding and maturity due to their time spent abroad. The staff training programs were very beneficial to our orgnizaion to introduce new teaching methods and skills to our educational staff.
