We had multiple aims in our intention to implement the projected mobilities. Firstly, to provide students with a unique working experience in a new and more challenging environment. In the new working environments, the students would have the opportunity to manipulate novel ingredients and techniques. Moreover, the students would be able to develop a European mentality through coming in contact with new cultures.
Our main purpose was to provide our students with the opportunity to enhance their skills, strengths and knowledge in their fields by visiting schools and companies abroad. We also aimed at providing our students and their accompanying teachers with the opportunity to raise their awareness of their European identity and thus develop a European mentality through coming in contact with new cultures.
