Objectives

According to some researches, inclusive teams make better decisions up to 87% of the time if they based on age, gender and geographic diversity principle. What is more, decisions made and executed by diverse teams delivered 60% better results. However, carrying out their activities, the participating organisations have discovered that it is not simply enough to gather young people with different background, age and culture to achieve inclusion and better results. The project objectives the participating organisation seek to archieve are to: 1. Equip 24 participants with skills, knowledge and attitudes in diversity management on personal, organisational, and community levels; 2. Identify and exchange the practical methods, tools and techniques of unlocking young people potential and reaching out to people with fewer opportunities; 3. Empower youth workers, facilitators and trainers to enhance diversity and inclusion in their work with different groups of young people; 4.
