We wanted to increase the language and methodological competence of teachers, both language teachers and teachers of professional subjects. Increase the managerial competence of the school management. Regarding the methodologies, we wanted to achieve modernization, innovation and strengthening of the use of ICT in teaching, we wanted to increase teachers' orientation in current educational trends. By sending employees on job-shadowing, we wanted to strengthen partnership relations with the Norwegian school, introduce Czech aquaculture and also enable our employees to get to know Norwegian aquaculture, visit their professional partners, get to know the organization of professional training, the teaching of professional competences in the form of outdoor camps and also enable them to compare the conditions of education at both schools, including access to education for pupils with SPU. Last but not least, it was to increase the motivation of educators and act preventively against the burnout syndrome.
We applied for this project in order to implement the European School Development Plan. Regarding the employees of the school who the project was focused on, this plan aims to ensure the professional development and improvement of the qualifications of teachers, to increase their language skills and ICT competences, to increase the number of foreign mobility of pedagogues, to maintain and expand activities in the field of international projects. In the past, we used the opportunity to send school employees on courses abroad and we had good experience with these activities. This project is the third in a row.
