We wanted to internationalize our school, gain more contacts abroad, introduce new methods and improve our language skills. We focused mainly on English, which was practiced by all participants, whether in the courses or shadowing, but there was also Spanish and Italian. We wanted to motivate teachers and we believe that motivated teachers teach better and their lessons are more interesting, which means that our students are better and happier after the project. Inspiration from abroad and observing teaching in other schools in the EU is a very valuable experience for us, so we want as many teachers as possible to participate in the mobility.
We signed up for this project to enhance the skills of our teachers and subsequently of our students. We had several major goals, such as the implementation of new methods /CLIL, modernization, internationalization/ and hand in hand with with this need was the need to strengthen the language skills of our teachers, which is why they shadowed abroad institutions and some took part in language courses.
