To further develop and improve the quality of our school, we wanted to get more involved in international activities and cooperation with foreign partners thanks to European projects. Teachers were given the opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues from abroad, get acquainted with modern teaching methods and develop their language skills. At the same time, however, Waldorf pedagogy and its teaching methods should not be forgotten, which all new teachers coming to our school should work on mastering and deepening. We wanted to send teachers to international courses in Waldorf pedagogy, where teachers have the individual opportunity to choose from a wide range of pedagogical topics. We wanted to intensify the process of self-evaluation and encourage more hospitalization among colleagues. We tried to recruit quality mentors who would be interested in developing the quality of our school. We tried to fight the threat of stereotypes and burnout syndrome. Pupils had to develop language competences and gain intercultural experiences. At the time of the project, the school also had extensive needs in terms of upgrading its teaching facilities. The project was intended to enable the exchange of experiences, professional and linguistic development, the confrontation of professional skills and intercultural enrichment.
