SOU Hluboš has long been involved in international mobility projects. The main reason for applying for the project was to increase the quality of vocational education at our school. We have identified an area in which we could improve the quality of our work through the Erasmus + program. These areas were: 1. Increasing the level of lifelong learning of pedagogical staff through the mobility of pedagogical staff. 2. To increase the quality and efficiency of education of pupils, pedagogical staff and school management. 3. Promote justice, social cohesion and active citizenship. Ensure that pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds or with special needs are not discriminated against in international education. 4. Improve creativity and innovation in training cooperation with foreign partners. These areas are also based on the school's SEP. We use all available methods to increase the quality of vocational education at our school. After previous positive experiences in the field of international cooperation in the vocational education sector, we decided to submit a project in the Erasmus + program.
