Objectives

The main goal of the project was to expand the range of activities of our school and increase interest in our school. With the project, we supported the improvement of the quality of our fields, we gave the participants the opportunity to expand their professional scope with activities that we do not teach at school. We have long strived to send students to the English language environment, so we have been looking for and are still actively looking for opportunities in Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Northern Europe. We strive to send students to practical training in quality companies to gain experience with the labor market and the demands of employers. Through the implementation of the project, we contributed to the long-term positive perception of our school as a quality and open educational institution that allows its students to go to Europe.

Background

The reason for the implementation of this project is primarily the expansion of the offer of activities of our school by foreign mobilities of students and secondarily the increase in interest in our school. In recent years, we have implemented a number of mobilities from the Erasmus and Leonardo programs, so we have something to build on. The school has a quality project team that is able to prepare new and interesting destinations, involve interesting companies in the project, and find new collaborations. A certain impulse was also the testing of long-term internships for students of higher vocational school or recent graduates of secondary school study programs. Last but not least, we are interested in the demands of companies on our students, technologies used in engineering, and administrative procedures in IT technologies and marketing so that we too are able to enrich our own professional part of teaching at school.
