Our main goal was to increase the motivation of pupils to work in agriculture, to create a safe environment for the experience of independence with a large amount of feedback. Personal growth in the field they have chosen for their studies will be a very important component of their life fulfillment and satisfaction. Another goal is to open horizons in terms of culture, foreign language, overcoming personal barriers, communication in the team and other benefits. Thanks to the connection with the Greek agricultural community in Preveza, our school increases the school's potential as a professional center with interesting experts who have innovative teaching methods. Not only can the students learn directly in Preveza on the farm of Mrs. Eleni, Mr. Fatouras and Chalkias, who have greenhouses, but Mrs. Eleni also comes to teach at our school, she has personal contact and influence on the community of our school, they have already gone through an internship on her farm hundreds of students who often look forward to meeting Mrs. Eleni at our school during her teaching internship, either directly in class or in the afternoon free time.
We applied for a project of vocational training in Greece with the farmer Eleni Andronikidu, as well as an internship of a practitioner at our school, in order to give students the opportunity to connect theory with practice, to realize the reality of agricultural business in practice, to experience the solution of real problems, and we opened for them the opportunity to ask questions, to watch, to be inspired by real people, to see community collaboration. At the same time, through Mrs. Eleni's internships at our school, we are increasing the appeal of not only the curriculum, but also agribusiness.
