The primary aim of the presented project was to develop, stabilize and maintain a program of foreign student mobility to gain new experiences and to build expertise in connection with professional English. Another goal was to improve the communication skills and skills of teachers of vocational subjects in English. Related to this was the need to improve the language competence of school leaders due to the need to ensure, organize and manage contacts with organizations abroad. The last declared goal was to start, maintain and gradually expand partnership cooperation between vocational schools, companies, and organizations in the modern and necessary environmental and ecological education area. We achieved all goals during the implementation of the project activities.
The organization of foreign mobility internships is a longer-lasting tradition at our school. In the Erasmus+ program, we focus on short-term pupil mobility, job shadowing organization, and the completion of professional courses for our school's teachers. Internationalization is a top priority, and the project fits nicely into the school's long-term vision and medium-term action plan.
