We wanted to achieve the following objectives with the proposed project activities: - To ensure a sustainable level of European mobility of students and teachers and international cooperation with international partners - To increase the professional, linguistic and cultural competences of students and teachers - To attract new students by expanding the offer and opportunities for vocational training abroad - Increase the competence of school staff in project management, develop teamwork, strengthen professional competences of teachers, motivate staff, encourage their entrepreneurship - To apply new methods and knowledge in the curriculum and vocational training on the basis of implementation mobility of students and staff (JVU) - Ensure students' communication with a foreign partner (including international cooperation of the school) - Educational activities (provide quality education, promote modern forms and methods education and vocational training, promote pupils' independence, raise pupils' professional level) - Support the development of polytechnics in the Czech Republic and provide a wide range of foreign internships for these fields
Our school has been a past recipient of Erasmus+ Call 2018 funding for international mobility. These internships for pupils have been positively evaluated by partner organisations, school management and especially students. From the given evaluation we decided to submit a project application in 2019, which brought us additional opportunities in the form of realization of internship in an organization where students could communicate in English and gain the widest possible knowledge and experience of different types of landscapes, habitats - north of Poland. In order to ensure equal opportunities for all our students (those with insufficient knowledge of a foreign language), we have again added the host country Slovakia to the project application, which is not difficult in language but very beneficial in terms of modern laboratory technologies and methods. The project helped to fulfil our action plan to meet the needs and objectives of the school.
