Objectives

The main goal of the project was to establish long-term international cooperation with foreign companies that offered students the opportunity to practice in a foreign environment. An equally important contribution of Erasmus+ was to maintain or increase the number of students studying, attracting new students interested in studying and simultaneously deepening and expanding in the provision of education in the lifelong learning programme, which the school has identified as its main strategic goal. Considering the main objectives of the school, the needs of the school were as follows: - To gain and develop long-term international cooperation, - to provide internship opportunities for our students and, in the future, for our teachers, - to increase the professional and linguistic competences of our students or teachers, - to introduce new practical and theoretical approaches, methods and knowledge into teaching, - increase the number of applicants to our school through international internships, - to increase the interest of potential teachers, - increase the managerial and communication competences of the school management and the school management through international projects.

Background

We decided to implement the project mainly because of the possibility to provide students with more competitive positions in the regional education system, as we are aware that they will have a more attractive graduate profile in terms of employability on the labour market. Our school helps pupils to acquire general and vocational knowledge, skills and attitudes in order to make the most of them in life. Our goal is that the graduate of our school is not only a good professional, equipped with versatile language competences, but also a good person, respecting moral values. We give everyone a chance. We want to produce quality as a priority. We want pupils to develop their potential during their studies. We want to educate independent personalities who are able to develop and exercise their potential to the maximum. We encourage everyone's ability to work cooperatively and respect the work and success not only of themselves but also of others. An essential part of this educational programme is that the pupils of the school and the school itself are familiar with new trends used in foreign companies. This is also the main need of the school in terms of quality development - to learn about new trends in foreign companies.
