Background

The implementation of projects enabling foreign internships of students and teachers corresponds with the long-term goals of the SŠTŘ Nový Bydžov. These objectives are based on the European Development Plan. The main motivation for applying for this project was the desire to improve the professional and language skills of pupils, to increase the chances of school graduates to find a job on the domestic and foreign labour market, to support the further education of teaching staff and, last but not least, to provide financial support to pupils from socially disadvantaged families who would not be able to travel abroad for internships without similar projects.
