At the beginning of the project we set the main following goals of the project - to provide our students with advantages in the job market thanks to experience from abroad, strengthen their competencies (professional, personnal and language), innovate curricula in selected subjects, include an European dimension in education at our school and verify if our students are professionally prepared to handle the requirements of employers in the field of preschool education. At the same time the aim of the project was to acquire new partners for international cooperation and enable students to acquire the professional competencies required by the foreign labor market through educational mobility.
Our school has supported cooperation with foreign partners for years and through educational mobility for students, we wanted to expand this cooperation to another dimension of international cooperation. Thanks to new partners and personal experience, we wanted to explore the preschool education in selected European countries and use the knowledge gained in the further teaching of profile subjects at our school. The big challenge for us was to find out if our students are well prepared to enter the labor market abroad and to motivate them to realize the benefits of an open European labor market and to take the opportunity to participate in it.
