Background

The reason for applying for this project was to improve the quality of professional training of the pupils. Part of the professional training is practiced in companies and institutions in the Czech Republic, completion of the practical part of training abroad allows students to gain new experiences and compare experiences from different environments. Completing an internship abroad has a very significant effect on students, in addition to practical experience, they improve their language and communication competencies, their self-confidence increases, and they will gain greater independence and courage for their future life. After returning from foreign internships, students can also share their experiences with others, compare the situation, and give courage and inspiration to other pupils.
