The main goal was to use sharing of good practice from study visits and job shadowing to activate members of Association to cooperate on various events or projects. Inspiration and good practice from abroad is going to be transfered by members into suitable activities within Association or towards career guidance practioners who might become members.
The main reason was not only support of prefesional skills and competences of participants, but also the effort to systematically build up a community of career guides within Association of career guidance and career development. There were some contacts and cooperations with European colleagues before this mobility project, however the aim was to systematically support networking and sharing examples of good practice. Bringing these examples back home and sharing with other members of Association was ment to activate some passive members of Association to join process that increase quality of service and professional skills and competences of career counsellors.
