The young participants would like to have opportunity to learn more about entrepreneurship in non-formal context. We want to carry out this youth exchange because the youths from our communities were initiative to plan next project on Entrepreneurial topic which can help them to obtain new skills and knowledge in business and entrepreneurial sectors. They are having basic high school courses about how to create business plan but they would like to work with this topic more and preferably in international context. They found the suggested youth exchange with other partner countries, coordinated by our NGO, as a great option and started to suggest more ideas and activities to implement. Supporting youth entrepreneurship education is a great solution to persistently high youth unemployment in Europe. Young entrepreneurs do not only take one person off the jobless stats, they are a potential source of job creation, which drives regional employment and growth. Objectives of the project: 1. To develop basic entrepreneurial competences for 30 young participants until the end of the project. 2. To increase the capacity of communication in English and adaptability to intercultural environments of the 30 young participants until the end of the project. The objectives of this project are also closely linked to the overall objectives of the program and reflect the permanent priorities of the program, such as the objectives of the renewed framework for European cooperation in the youth field, Europe 2020 Strategy, the Entrepreneurship 2020 Action Plan, the sustainable development of Partner Countries in the field of higher education and also the promotion of EU values in accordance with Article 2 of the Treaty on the European Union.
