After the Horizon training course the 24 youth workers will be more self-confident in their youth work, will have a clear professional vision and concrete steps set to reach it. The participants will be more aware of their personal and professional values and they will be able to implement the topics of values and identity in their work with youth. Knowledge of transcultural approach will help them to feel more self-confident while working with youth from diverse ethnic, religious, cultural, social and economical background. The training course is mainly focused on youth workers working with youth with fewer opportunities, so the results of the project influence mostly young people with fewer opportunities.
