The CLIP is a project which will be concentrated on following values: C - cooperation, L - learning, I - innovation, P - peace. By the project we want to address issues of youth radicalization, intolerance and hate speech. We understand those terms as expressing extreme opinions in political, religious and ideals topics, being closed for other points of view, expressing hate or aggression against people representing different values. Nowadays young people spend a lot of time on-line, especially it is popular to watch videos, follow YouTube or TikTok channels and spend time in social networks. In on-line space we can often find singes of intolerance and radicalization which are expressed by hate speech. Among all popular social networks, YouTube is one with the highest rate of reported cases of hate speech (source: reaserch on on-line hate speech by Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society). This is one of the reasons we decided to create in frame of the project a video with young people which will spread positive message. We would like to create a safe space where youngsters from different cultures can learn to cooperate develop their competencies and discover common passions. This will lead them to realization of similarities between them and discovering common values. Project´s objectives are: For seminar: - to develop methods of youth work to prevent radicalization and intolerance by combining elements of dance, drama, art and music - to improve quality of youth work by development of competencies of youth workers - to promote wider understanding of diversity and social inclusion - to give inspiration to the youth workers to use new methods at their work, to give them space for exchange of the experience - to develop partnership between organizations For youth exchange: - to give youngsters wider understanding of diversity and cultural differences by personal experience - to form their cooperative attitude, tolerance and respect for other cultures - to develop key competencies of youngsters, especially team work, creativity and communication - to promote tolerance, empathy and wider understanding of differences through the video clip - to support development of passion among youngsters in order to prevent their misbehaviour
