We want to improve the quality of youth workers who perform this work as external staff or volunteers in their leisure time. The staff at children summer camps and instructors or leaders of leisure time activities are exactly those who we want to focus on. We want to supply them with knowledge of non-formal education methods and guidelines or "cookbooks" how they could effectively work with children and youngsters so that the activities are fun and develop their key competences as well. We are also going to focus on communication skills that are absolutely essential for their work. We also aim to create a network of these youth workers and motivate them to participate in further international cooperation.
