The youth exchange Improv(is)e! is a 10-day youth-exchange which deals with the issue of youth unemployment in Europe. The project helps the youngsters learn some useful skills that help raise their competitiveness on the labor market a provides space to discover and discuss new opportunities to improve their situation. The project „Improv(is)e!“ aims to increase competitiveness of young Europeans in the labor market taking into account the current issue of youth unemployment in Europe. The project is designed to teach the young people some crucial skills to succeed in the current job market situation, to provide space for discussion about causes of youth unemployment and the needs of local markets and seek solutions for employment, to raise awareness of personal development and career opportunities for young people in Europe and lastly to support tolerance, intercultural awareness and cooperation among young people from European countries. The youth exchange will be held in the Czech Republic from 1. to 10.6. 2019.
