Objectives

The project "Let's Act Together" was created to connect youth from different circumstances. It's an inclusive project, for that there will be included youth with lower opportunities, educational obstacles and social obstacles as well as youth without any of the obstacles to show, that everybody can work and act together. Through several activities in the field of informal education (as outdoor education, arteterapy, sportive teamwork activities) the youth will be motivated to act not just in their own private life, but in the public field as well. They also will learn how to use modern technologies, how to get integrated in teams, how to cooperate and increase their solidarity, teamwork skills, accpetance and tolerance. Inclusion and integration are the strongest aspects of this project. This projects meets the aims of the Erasmus+ KA1 activity in its first aim (solidarity, equality, enhancing citizenship, improving intercultural dialogue, breaking barriers, inclusion), second point (enhanced cooperation among organisations), the third and fourth point in its exact terms. The project language will be English. This will improve the English skills of each of the particpants in reading, speaking and writing. The aims and objectives of the project are: - to improve solidarity and integration (teamwork activities, helping one another, improving relationships) - to connect young people with different circumstances in life and coming from different countries - to improve the communication skills (foreign language, mother language) - to enhance creativity, innovation and to release the artistic disposition of each participant - to improve technological skills to build friendships without barriers and borders - to improve the intercultural and interfaith dialogue to improve mobility of people with special needs - to break prejudices and discrimination - to learn to know new cultures and traditions and increase cultural awareness - to enhance entrepreneurship - to to promote equitiy, social cohesion and active citizenship - to increase each one's European awareness - to support inclusion of youth with special needs - to ensure equal chances to all young people due to fulfill the EU's aspiration to be united in diversity The project's title is "Let's act". It's concentrated on the cooperation of several groups of young people, youth with lower opportunities and special needs and people across the cultures. We want to break the barriers and to improve inclusion by solidarity, creativity, informal education and supporting one another. All of the participants will have the chance to learn more about the lifestyle, culture and individual abilities from each other. All of them will be integrated in the project's team and will have the chance to discuss about his/her feelings and wishes. Friendships will be built and differences will get lost. There will be created presentations during the youth exchange, made photos and short videos. All of them will be published on the websites / social network profiles of each partner. All of the participants will learn one from each other. Traditions will be presented and culture will be brought nearer to each other. The project's name "Let's act!" was created in accordance with the projects aims - to get toghether, connect youth with several circumstances and motivate them to stand up and act together. A part of the project will be to create a fictive company with any ecological products. Mixed groups will create them and chose one product they will offer. Fictive firms a popular way to increase the knowledge about starting to deal with a product. Many schools, but also organisations use it as a non-formal way of education to increase the skills of youth for their further life. The youth will learn what means to start dealing, how to cooperate in the groups and strengthen their teamwork skills. They learn to make compromises, to support one another, to use IT in a senseful way and to think about ecology. And mainly they get some experiences for their future professional life. Once a fictive company is set the organisations and youth can continue in their cooperation via them and use the set companies as a way of future activities. The participants themselves will discuss via email or social media how to increase and deal with the companies on international level what means the participants will stay in touch after the project's realisation and the company as a part of the outcomes will be spread in each of the countries. Besides of this activity their will be used further ways of non formal education as e.g. Art therapy, outdoor education and educational trips. The participants will be involved in all of the activities and be responsible for several parts of it.
