Background

The project is included in the school's internationalization strategy, which we have been realizing for 5 years.Mobilities have already become a part of the school´s “culture” for our students, and regular internships motivate them to be active. They desire and take the opportunity to gain professional experience abroad, which has become a matter of course, to complete an internship is a common part of learning. They find out about the planned mobilities and destinations from the coordinator, also they prepare responsibly for the interview. In recent years, the level of students´ preparation for the interviews has increased, their foreign language skills have been improving, they are able to justify their choice of destination. In accordance with the Action Plan EIS, which is updated depending on real needs and possibilities of the school, we also manage to implement other activities - summer internships of pupils outside E+, language courses for teachers, participation in international competitions, maintenance and development of the partner network. In general, not only mobility, but the entire implementation of the EIS leads to an improvement in the level of education and to an increase in the competitiveness of our school.
