Based on the analysis of needs, we found that the offer of study fields at secondary schools in the capital partnership regions does not include further education of entrepreneurs - juniors/students in knowledge, skills of successful business behavior, managerial thinking, strategic planning, etc. There was a lack of support in motivating students to start a business. Support was lacking passing on experience. The connection of practical business was missing a world with a school education system. Our project New start ups and all organization of our partnership aimed to support the creation of new start ups, we focused on the emergence of young entrepreneurs. Our goal was to support students in further education to make it possible for them succeed in business. As part of our project, we interfered with the transfer business experience, practical skills and motivation to do business. Our main goal of the project was implement practical education to vocational schools and motivation for doing business for students were also very important. This was main goal of our new project to interconnect the practical business world with school education system. Our project aimed at new options of education to vocational schools.
Our partnership prepared a project analysis of needs, where we found out a lack of support for new start ups in the field of education. There were currently few main laws to support start-ups and more generally new companies. There were support for new start-ups and entrepreneurs only in financial field and in the field of education, only support related to the establishment of the companies. There were missing support for new start-ups in creating of a business plan, accounting, taxes and rights. There were missing support for further education and to enable of transfer experience of entrepreneurs to potencional start-ups. There were missing support in motivation for doing business. Our partnership were carried out an analysis of the study fields of the High schools in our regions. None of the fields of study is directly focused on teaching business. These schools usually taught only basic subjects such as: economy, economic theory, statistics, rights, accounting. This led to the acquisition of basic theoretical knowledge of students. It prepared students into the real world of business only in very limited way. We saw need for further education, particularly in the area of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills.
