The main objective of the project is to find ways to deepen cooperation and tolerance among the young generation of different nations. Nowadays, the social inclusion of national minorities is a highly discussed pedagogical problem. At all levels of our institutional educational system, we are facing the fact that the educational environment is very ethnically, culturally and nationally diverse, and of course this trend has arrived not only in large but also smaller cities such as Ivančice. This was the main reason for realization of the project. The main goal of the project is to deepen cooperation and tolerance among the young generation in different cultures. This goal is directly linked to the theme of social integration - it enables pupils and teachers of the school (through dissemination to the public around schools) to gain insight into international cooperation and knowledge of foreign cultures. Firstly, school management and project coordinators (4 participants from each school in two trips) will be involved in the project. They will discuss the timetable of cooperation and the project output schedule. In the next step, the project will focus on individual subjects and the theme of tolerance and cooperation between nations will be included in each subject in every school. This will help to support the objectives of the project. Thanks to the international cooperation of organizations from a completely different environment and mutual cooperation in various areas - whether in the fulfillment of divided tasks, performance of tasks jointly within the SKYPE conference or demonstration and interplay of activities at joint meetings - the main goal will be fulfilled - deepening cooperation and especially tolerance young generation in different cultures. Thanks to all the activities carried out, pupils and teachers will be able to realize the need to work towards social integration within Europe. Other project objectives will be met through individual project activities. The project also includes two exchanges of pupils from both schools (each trip for 15 pupils and 2 accompanying teachers), where the students will work together on project outputs and presentations, as well as on mutual understanding of foreign language lessons. In the long run, the project will benefit several levels. The outputs of the project will be used by both schools for a long time - for promoting schools at various school events and the lessons learned will continue to be used in both schools. The outputs of the project will be included in school lessons if positive experiences are acquired - the management of both schools will discuss different methods of teaching and mutual enrichment of English language. Also it will strength pupils' linguistic and social competences. The cooperation of the participating schools will continue within the framework of other Erasmus + projects and beyond the Erasmus + project in the coming years - we would like to send pupils and teachers for short exchange study visits, especially after mutual recognition and confirmation of positive cooperation. Project results will be disseminated throughout the project period and beyond. The whole dissemination process is in charge of Ing. Ivana Čermáková from the Czech side and Maria Gercheva from the Bulgarian side.
