The aim of this mobility is to accompany students into the European working world and to exchange ideas on a technical, linguistic, cultural and historical level. In addition to the deepening of training content, Europe should be actively experienced as a common culture and work space and the added value of a united Europe should be raised. The Lauingen vocational school aims to use this project to improve the international dimension of vocational training and to sharpen the perception of it as an innovative, internationally oriented educational institution.
Our vocational school sees itself as a contemporary and globalized educational partner and would like to prepare its target group as comprehensively as possible for the future professional world. Especially in the field of electrical engineering, the professional world is changing very quickly and very internationally. We have been expanding our international network since 2007 and we have already been able to generate numerous innovative teaching/learning content as well as contact networks for our students. Furthermore, as part of the last external evaluation, the expansion of a European/international network was written down as a key objective in the target agreement. In this way, we can give the students the best possible prerequisites for their later professional development.
