Through intercultural exchange a world view that is focussed on the students‘ own culture is widened. As a consequence, tolerance and acceptance of others as well as the ability to live and work together are improved. A further objective is to strengthen the European idea of sustainabilty in students‘ apprenticeships through a Europe-wide exchange of experience, techniques and challenges in their professional field.
The LHB has the main objective to improve the vocational mobility of its apprentices and skilled workers in trade and industry Europe-wide. In this way the abiltity of future skilled employers to compete on the international labour market is enhanced.
