Strengthening the ability to work in a team is also in the foreground, since not only internally with the trainees and trainers work together, but the other mentalities abroad must also be taken into account. Advancing trainees so that they can work for our company as a representative abroad. They should be trained technically and culturally in order to meet the requirements of an international society. After participating in the exchange, our trainees should get a deeper impression of whether they would like to work for us abroad after their training.
Our project is about us trainees going abroad for several weeks offer added value during their training period, in order to not only develop professionally, but also to develop personally and to let it mature as a human being. Giving the trainees a foretaste of a job abroad is also our goal efforts. This is due to the fact that in the past we had problems finding trainees who completion of the training period were willing to work for our company abroad. The goal of our exchange is that we help the trainees professionally want to deepen the basics they have learned and improve their independence and problem-solving skills of our trainees want to increase.
