Objectives

With the project we have achieved that the access to the Erasmus program was guaranteed for ALL eligible people throughout Germany, regardless of age, gender, religion, economic and social status of the applicants. Through our projects we support German training companies, vocational schools, IHKs and HWKs in the Implementation of cross-border vocational training of prospective skilled workers (political goals of the European Commission and the Federal Republic of Germany regarding vocational education and training). Through the project work we promote and strengthen the cooperation between German companies and the companies abroad, which are economically, thematically, logistically connected. We offer the trainees/graduates a variety of choice of destination countries, internship opportunities and thereby promote diversity in economic, social and cultural dialogue throughout Europe. Through project work we promote understanding between different countries in Europe in the context of indirect encounters of different peoples in companies/institution abroad (tolerant and peaceful coexistence).

Background

Dreieins gGmbH is an educational institution, which sees the main principle of activity in supporting and promoting formal, non-formal and informal education of young people. In the implementation of the planned project we follow the mission statement of the company and the company charter. As an educational institution, we have decided/committed ourselves to the promotion of cross-border education. The Erasmus+ program offers a perfect opportunity for this. With our activity in the framework of the conducted project, we have made the appropriate contribution to the achievement of the educational policy goals of the European Commission and of Germany. We have conducted the project in order to support young people, regardless of their age, gender, social and economic background. During their education or in the first year after their education, we have helped them to improve their linguistic, professional, organizational and intercultural skills. By realizing the project, we have supported training companies, vocational schools, the chambers of industry and commerce nationwide in promoting professional mobility and have proven ourselves to be a reliable partner in the German and European education system.
