Our project aims to promote the knowledge, skills and competencies of trainees in the professional groups precision optics, materials testing, electrical and metal technology and mechatronics. In addition, intercultural competence, foreign language learning and the reduction of prejudices should be strengthened, which is part of the profile of the WvSS as the European school of the State of Hesse. Another aim of the project is to see mobility as an integral part of vocational training. A positive partnership can only be achieved through cooperation with European partners in all social areas - especially in vocational training - in order to create a European awareness and a European identity. After the stay at a European school and a company, you should realize that you see the other as a partner and not a competitor.
The long-term benefit of this project should be to institutionalize mobility projects and understand them as a profile of vocational training - for trainees, teachers and trainers in companies. Erasmus + projects help the WvSS to set up a European network of vocational training, which should enable many future trainees to find their place in a European labor market and living space. "
