Every leaner and every staff member had the possibility to participate in an Erasmus+-Mobility. The main focus is on professional identity and professional action skills. In the vocational training “Sozialpädagogik“ the aim was to get to know the work in early childhood institutions. Linked to this are questions on professional attitude and on the extension of vocational action skills. In the vocational training “Heilerziehungspflege“ there where two main issues: professional identity and vocational attitude. One aim of all mobilities was to become more secure in using the englisch language and also develop skills in order to communicate non- and paraverbal. The experiences abroad were intended to stimulate the personality development. The staff members hoped to get fresh ideas for teaching. Another aim was to exchange views on educational content.
The participitation in Erasmus+ is part of the strategic objectives of the educationel institution Berufliche Schule für Sozialwesen der Hoffnungstaler Stiftung Lobetal (DBL). It contributes to the attractiveness of the school. In the context of an educational cooperation between us and our partnerschools we aim to further develop processes of learning and teaching in order to ensure a high quality and modern vocational training.
