Our aim is to promote the mobility of young employees in order to adapt their job profile to a broader gastronomic market. In selecting the target countries, care is therefore taken to achieve a great gain in the subject-specific area as well as in language competence. Due to our large network, which is to 90% based on mutuality, we guarantee a wide range of trainings from different cultures. We focus on professionalising the existing partner network and the quality assurance and verification. For this we set common goals at every annual CHASE network meeting which contribute to the expanded educational offer.
Our mobility projects have been supporting and promoting young hospitality employees for 30 years now. We are part of the C.H.A.S.E. network, Consortium of Hospitality & Accommodation Schools of Europe, consisting of 19 partner institutions from 17 different European countries. Together with France and Great Britain, the vocational school is one of the founding countries of a partner network. Other countries such as Norway, Sweden, etc. were added over the years.Since 2004, we have given our network an official name: C.H.A.S.E. = Consortium of Hospitality & Accomodation Schools of Europe. This naming is associated with a common logo, a homepage, as well as an agenda that adopts the entire network and always fills it with further developed content. In 2020, the network had its 30th anniversary.
