The main objectives of our implemented project are, => to prepare the teacher trainees for the engagement abroad at their future workplaces by experiencing the internationalization process from the application to the implementation of mobilities to the support of travelling students. Furthermore, the teacher tainees have built an associated network and incrased their motivation. In addition, the teacher trainees will be sensitized for Europe and will act as multipliers at the schools where they get their training. They learn to organize schooltrips in coorperoration with political leaders acting in importand european institutions. => to offer the leaders of the subjects and employees of the Studienseminar the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of teaching development in their respective subjects in other European countries, in order to develop the quality of their own seminars and their lessons in their home schools. => to support the idea of sustainability in vocational education by means of suitable school projects.
One of the quality requirements for a teacher training college is a well-founded professional training for teachers in the preparatory service (LiV), which is sustainable and effective for all involved. As the "cogs of the future", the teachers should bring developments, content, methods and attitudes to the changing schools that will promote quality in the long term. Of course, this also applies to the approach of globalization in the European Union. The general statement of the Stuienseminar Stade and and the vocational schools of the regiovocational schools are European schools or have international contacts and as such they have been active with European projects themselves for many years. In addition, the leaders of the different subjects at the Studienseminar Stade should be aware of the idea of Europe and the associated openness and sustainability in their seminars and at the same time in their schools and thus make it tangible for all participants.
