Mobility of VET learners: There is a need for the project to the extent that the increasing international integration, especially in the logistics sector, requires skills in modern languages and requires knowledge of operational processes in other countries. Likewise, the understanding of the way of life in the partner countries are developed. This concern is reinforced by the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministerio de Education, Cultura y Deporte (ministry of education, culture and sports) of the Kingdom of Spain and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research of the Federal Republic of Germany (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung) in the field of vocational training and through the campaign European regions “We Mean Business” (Earlall). The project is particularly aimed at improving the quality and expanding the scope of European mobility for young people who are undergoing initial vocational training. The project aims is to make vocational training in the logistics industry even more attractive. The commercial school has laid down this intention in the target agreements with the regional council (Regierungspräsidium) in Stuttgart. In addition, the school partnerships with FEDA Barcelona (since March 2010) and FEDA Madrid (since May 2014) are being continued and filled with life through the project. Mobility of educational staff in the field of VET: The educational staff (teachers in the field of freight forwarding and logistics) at KS1 Stuttgart should find out which resources the Spanish "Formacion Professional" can be used for German vocational training. The teachers should get to know the content of the "Formacion Professional". In addition, the teachers of the two schools (FEDA Madrid - KS1 Stuttgart) will present projects to each other (SAP4school - individualization and digitization in the classroom). The schools should check whether the project ideas are transferrable and should be introduced. At the same time it is necessary for the teachers to get an insight into the practical working life in Spanish logistics companies.
