In this phase the students get the chance to practice their skills and improve their social skills. The time abroad will contribute to the development of their personalities. They trainees will improve their language skills, working techniques and intercultural competences. With our partners sch they will find optimal conditions to achieve these targets.
Through the eight-week practical experience in other European countries, we expect trainees with a reflected view of their professional role as development and educational facilitators. They will plan, carry out and accompany projects in a target group-oriented way and apply methods for the participation of the participants. The technical objectives of the application lie in the development of one's own professional role and the "image of the child". The possibilities for participation in early childhood education as well as in leisure education with children and young people should be tested and lead to the finding of a respectful attitude of the future educators.
