Short-term mobility of learners in vocational education in Denmark: The projects enable the students to - Acquire or improve their language skills in Danish and English. - to establish contacts for their German training companies on markets in Denmark. - experience everyday working life in companies in the same sector, which in Denmark is characterized by a higher degree of digitalization. Learning visits by training personnel to Denmark and Norway: The specific goals were to create an intercultural and linguistic preparation program for future participants of internships abroad at our school in Denmark. In addition, a bilingual teaching project was to be created with the help of the experiences of the Norwegian and Danish partners, linking subject lessons on marketing with English lessons. We also wanted to draw on the experience of the partner institutions in the areas of cooperative work in teacher teams and teaching with digital teaching-learning arrangements, as well as the use of a learning management system. In addition, the possibility of short-term mobility for trainees in Norway was to be initiated.
There is a general need for further secondment or exchange projects for students and teaching staff in order to update or improve the following knowledge and competences in the context of cooperation with corresponding partners abroad: - Expansion of language competence in foreign languages. - Insight into other ways of working as preparation for activities on the European labor market. - different legal framework, organizational procedures and personnel management with regard to school organization. - Getting to know new teaching methods as well as the use of digital aids. After the Staatliche Berufsschule III Bamberg started to include new national and international partners in its cooperation network with the previous project application from 2018, the focus of this project application was to strengthen the existing relationships and to establish further ones. As a learning organization, the school wants to benefit from the experience and expertise of partner institutions and integrate them into its own structure as much as possible. At the same time, this will also enable further mobilities for learners.
