PROJECT GOALS: 1. Expansion of basic education and qualification of cross-sectional competencies, Europe-wide transparency and comparability of employee qualifications. Inclusion of ECVET principles and instruments through further training of employees; -2. national and international securing of learning stays for employees; -3. transnational connectivity ; - 4. Development and safeguarding of our internationalization strategy;
PROJECT BACKGROUND: Since 2009 we have been implementing transnational internships for disadvantaged young people, training staff and social workers with our cooperation partners. In addition to the cooperation agreement, we have concluded a partnership agreement relating to the qualification of young people and employees from the vocational fields. Until today we have conducted study trips to Sweden, Italy, Netherlands and Spain.
