Main host organisations were Škoda in Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic, Taserudsskolan in Arvika, Sweden and Zespol Szkol Nr 1 im. Powstancow Wielkopolskich w Swarzedzu near Poznań, Poland. Through the project work, we wanted to strenghten and deepen our cooperation with these and other partners in our European network. The traineeships took place in industrial and foundry mechanics, logistics, industrial business administration and retail; they lasted between two and three weeks.
The Erasmus+ IVT project "Language & Experience in Industry, Logistics & Administration" (LEILA 2019) offered 70 students in initial vocational training as well as 13 teachers to implement traineeships in companies and vocational organisations abroad. Our school has got several years' experience in preparing, managing and evaluating European-funded mobility projects. By taking part in European projects, we would like to highlight the international aspects in vocational training.
